Dr. Landry is affiliated with the Department of Wildlife & Fisheries Science, Texas A&M University, where he teaches courses in Ichthyology and Field Ichthyology. He holds a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University (1977). His research interests include life history and population status of sea turtle stocks of the Gulf of Mexico and life history and ecology of demersal nekton, with emphasis on species taken in trawl fisheries.
Dr. Landry is co-author of Population Sex Ratio and its Impact on Population Models in Biology and conservation of ridley sea turtles. Ed. Pamela T. Plotkin. (Baltimore: Johns Hopkins University Press, 2007, 191).
