TMN-COT VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES ON MARCH 3, 2012

Two volunteer events occur simultaneously today:

• Brazoria Heritage Festival in Brazoria  Map

• Nature Day at Sea Center Texas in Lake Jackson  Map

TMN-COT will share an exhibit and outreach booth with Friends of Brazoria Wildlife Refuges at each event   Volunteers are needed to assist assist at both booths.

Approved Volunteer Time: These events are approved for Volunteer Time (VT) by TMN-COT provided that you assist at either of the booths.   You may claim:

• All time spent at the booth, including setup before opening and teardown after closing time.
• Round trip travel time (TT) to/from you home the booth, not to exceed the number of VT hours claimed.

Please code your timesheet "COT" (even if you spend time in the FOBWR half of the booth).

These events are not approved for VT if you only participate as an observer.   These events are not approved for AT or IT.
